The Role - Head Chef who is able to run a busy restaurant on match days and lead a large team, working with fresh produce and works with precision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Kitchen Duties:

  • Perform kitchen duties and production as directed by the Senior Kitchen Management Team.
  • Maintain records and carry out necessary temperature checks.
  • Ensure all dish specifications are followed and adhered to.

• Health & Safety:

  • Deliver an operation with health and safety at the heart of everything you do.
  • Implement company processes for hygiene and safety.
  • Ensure compliance with food hygiene, COSHH, and due diligence systems.

• Operational Excellence:

  • Liaise with kitchen and front of house staff for service standards.
  • Ensure staff uniforms comply with company and legal standards.
  • Follow opening and closing procedures and communicate issues to the Senior Management Team.

• Personnel Management:

  • Supervise team members 
  • Ensure prompt time management and deal with day-to-day problems.
  • Assist in company training programs and keep personal training up-to-date.
• Qualifications:
• Extensive knowledge of food handling and food safety standards.
• Full awareness of allergen and calorie procedures.
• Positive and passionate focus on food and hospitality.
• Experience in a similar environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively between front and back of house teams.
• Calm, resilient, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends as required.
