• Role – Non-Executive Director: Development
• Time Commitment: Approximately 10-20 days per year – a role share will be considered
• Remuneration: Voluntary position (expenses paid)
• Location: Board meetings are hybrid and held in Newport or Cardiff (5 per year) with the
  option to attend meetings in person or online
• Term of office: 4 years (a second term of four years is available subject to Board approval)
